Is this a real diamond?
No. Our Moissanite pieces feature lab-created Moissanite — a distinct gemstone (not a diamond) with comparable fire and brilliance at a fraction of the cost. We also offer a Zircon option on select styles as a more affordable stone choice, clearly labeled as "Zircon without GRA" at checkout.
What is the piece made of?
S925 sterling silver base, gold-finished, available with lab-created Moissanite (GRA-Certified) or Zircon (uncertified), depending on the style and option you choose.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
Sterling silver can tarnish over time with any jewelry, especially with heavy exposure to water, lotion, or perfume. Store it in a dry place when not wearing it and it'll hold up well for daily wear.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 7-15 business days; international orders typically take 10-20 business days depending on destination. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Do you offer a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, for the Moissanite option — each GRA-Certified Moissanite piece ships with an independently verified third-party certificate, noted on the product page. The Zircon option does not include a certificate, which is reflected in its lower price.
What's your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for store credit, valid toward any purchase on our site (items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging). We offer a full refund instead of store credit if your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage (contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos).
